Catering Expectations

Howdy!

We would like to thank you for your interest in our catering company! Texas Country Catering is a family-owned business and we have been in the food service business for years. We offer home-cooked meals with hand-cut meats. Our goal is to provide top-quality food and service to our customers. We can accommodate both large and small catering needs.

We offer buffet-style catering and our prices include delivery for under 20 miles, disposable cutlery, and condiments. There will be a delivery fee for any catering events over 20 miles from our facility, depending on the location of your event.

Tables, Cutlery, Dinnerware and More

Tables will need to be provided for the buffet serving lines. Depending on the number of guests and the serving lines, we require two to five 6ft or 8ft tables for food serving as well as a separate area with adequate tables for drinks.

Chafer warming dishes are available upon request at an additional charge of $20 per chafer. Upon request, we can provide upscale disposable dinnerware, cutlery, and cups for an additional charge of $2.95 per person.

However, we do not provide table coverings or linens for the food serving tables; this will be the venue’s or your responsibility.

Booking Requirements For Wedding Events

A minimum deposit of $500 as well as all signed contracts and documents are required to book your event with us. The total number of guests attending is required 10 days in advance of your event. Your remaining balance is to be paid in full 7 days prior to your event.

Serving Times for Wedding Events

We ensure your food is ready to be served at the designated time you have agreed on. We allow one hour serving time for rehearsal dinners and two hours for the wedding reception dinner.

If our staff is required to stay past these allotted serving times due to delays of the ceremonies, additional charges will begin to incur at the rate of $25/hour/person on staff.

Since we offer buffet-style catering, our staff will not serve the bride, groom, and head table. The wedding party can serve themselves or have others appointed to provide individual service to the head table.

Cleaning / Busing Fee for Weddings

We are only responsible for cleaning the area of the venue that we have used for the preparation of the buffet lines. Any other services requested will incur an additional charge and will need to be discussed before the date of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be completed within 60 days to receive any refunds.

Specialty Quotes

If you would like a quote on any specialty entrees, email us the food list and the number of expected guests, and we will promptly provide a quote.

Cocktail Hour / Grill on Site

We can also provide appetizers for your cocktail hour after your wedding. Contact us for pricing! For an additional $75, we can grill your steaks on site, if your venue allows it.

Diet Restrictions

We offer the following entrées upon request:

Please note that Texas Country Catering staff will do our best to accommodate specific menu options including allergies, vegetarian or vegan diets, etc., BUT we cannot guarantee that all food items will not be in contact with other foods, and will therefore not be held responsible for any allergic reactions.

We have numerous references from past weddings and corporate events that we have catered, and we would be happy to provide them upon your request!

Sunday is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in Him. Therefore, because of personal convictions, we do not offer our catering services on Sundays.
